Join us for your Work Experience

Working with us at the Birds of Prey Centre primarily involves tasks focused on cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep of the facilities. This includes cleaning aviaries, preparing food, maintaining the grounds, and ensuring that the birds' environments are safe and hygienic. While many people are drawn to this work because of a love for birds, it's important to understand that direct interaction with the birds is limited. The hands-on work with the animals is generally reserved for our experienced staff. Students should expect to spend most of their time on essential behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the centre running smoothly.
